Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 2026.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Ripper Casino (Ripper Casino au), operated by RR Entertainment N.V. under a Curaçao offshore gaming licence. By registering an account or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Eligibility
Players must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform. By creating an account, you confirm your age and eligibility. Ripper Casino reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts where the age requirement has not been met, with any funds held forfeited. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful are responsible for determining the legality of their use under local law.
Account Registration
One account per person. You must register using accurate personal information including your full legal name, current residential address, and date of birth. Creating accounts under false identities, using another person's payment methods, or operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds. Keep your login credentials secure. Ripper Casino is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to the player's failure to maintain password security.
Identity Verification
Ripper Casino applies KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players are required to submit a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address dated within three months. Australian players should note that AML/CTF regulatory changes effective March 2026 have increased scrutiny on offshore gaming transactions through the Australian financial system. Under AUSTRAC-equivalent monitoring standards, accounts accumulating AUD 5,000 or more in total transaction volume are subject to mandatory enhanced due diligence, which may require additional documentation. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal access being suspended.
Deposits
All Australian player accounts are processed in AUD. Deposits are accepted via methods displayed in the Cashier section. Since 11 June 2024, Australian law prohibits credit card payments for online gambling. Credit card deposit attempts are automatically declined by Australian banks. Accepted alternatives include cryptocurrency, electronic wallets, and prepaid vouchers. The platform reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals require completed identity verification before processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review before funds are released. Players may not withdraw funds linked to active bonus wagering requirements unless the bonus is forfeited first. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are outlined in the Withdrawal Policy page. The platform processes all Australian withdrawals in AUD.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonus offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game lists, and maximum cashout caps. Terms are provided alongside each offer at the time of activation. The platform reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice. Bonus abuse including multi-accounting, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms will result in bonus cancellation and account closure. Players on the Ripper Casino sister sites network should review cross-platform bonus terms before claiming major offers.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited: operating more than one account; using automated software or bots during play; exploiting software errors or unintended mechanics; colluding with other players; using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or financial crime; initiating fraudulent chargebacks. Violations result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao under which the platform holds its gaming licence. Australian consumer protection law does not apply to this offshore platform. Disputes are handled under the platform's internal process and the terms of its Curaçao licence framework.
Amendments
Ripper Casino may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players where practicable.
